Mezzo-soprano, Aurore Daubrun obtained her singing diploma with the distinction in 2016 at the IMEP in Namur, where she studied with Françoise Viatour and Elise Gäbele. She continued her training with Benoît Mernier, Patrick Leterme and Daniel Thonnard in the European Vocal Department where she obtained a master's degree in lyrical art in 2018. She now works with David Miller.

In May 2015, she won both first prize and public prize in the Concours des nouveaux talents de l’art lyrique in Liège, then under the patronage of Leontina Vaduva.

Notable roles: Viclinda (I Lombardi alla Prima Crocciata, Verdi, Opéra Royal de Wallonie), Charlotte (Werther, Massenet, Salle Cortot Paris), Madame Silver (Un Amour de Tortue, Abdhouker, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Liège), Dalila, Dame Marthe (Faust), Flora (La Traviata), Dido (Dido & Aeneas), Madame de la Haltière (Cinderella, Massenet), Mara (Opéra d'Aran, Bécaud), Zia Principessa (Suor Angelica, Puccini), Dorabella (Così fan tutte). 

Creation and performance of new operas for young audiences (Opéra Royal de Wallonie):

Fenena in the adaptation of Nabucco, Nabuccolo, Carmencita et les dragons, La Maestra della Novizie (Suor Angelica, Puccini), la Contessa (Mese Mariano) and Rosina (Figaro Barbier du Bois Joli adapted from The Barber of Seville, Rossini).

Concert appearances: Bach (cantatas), Handel (Dixit Dominus), Zelenka (Nativative Mass), Haydn (The 7 Last Words of Christ), Rossini (Petite Messe Solennelle), Saint-Saëns (Oratorio de Noël), Pergolesi (Stabat Mater) and Verdi (Requiem), Wagner (Wesendonck Lieder)

Chamber choir: Alcina (Brussels La Monnaie and Amsterdam Stadsschouwburg with the Talens Lyriques, dir : Christophe Rousset)

This season she will play Victoria/Hecuba (cover) in Cassandra by Bernard Foccroulle at La Monnaie and the title role of La Grande Duchesse de Gerolstein by Offenbach at the Théâtre de Bourg-en-Bresse.
